Little Log Support

Everything you log stays on your iPhone and is included in your regular iPhone backup (iCloud or computer). If you share a log, it's also kept in the iCloud account of the person who started sharing. Nothing is sent to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Go to Settings › Partner sharing and tap Invite a partner. Little Log sends an invite through iCloud to the Apple account you choose, usually by Messages. When they open it on their iPhone, they join your log, and anything either of you logs shows on both phones. If they already had a log of their own, the two are combined.

Up to 6 people can share a log, including you. Starting a shared log needs Little Log Plus; joining one is free, and everyone on the log gets Plus while they're on it. Both phones need to be signed in to iCloud.

Each entry shows who logged it. You can change or delete the entries you logged; the person who started the log can change any of them.

In Settings › Partner sharing, a partner taps Leave shared log, which removes the log from their phone. The person who started it can tap Stop sharing, or Manage people to remove one person. When sharing stops, everyone keeps a private copy of what was logged up to then.

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit (or Customize), then Add Widget, and search for "Little Log." Choose from Feeding, Sleep, Diapers, Contractions or Quick Log.

On iOS 18 and later you can also add the Feeding, Sleep and Contraction timers to Control Center, the Lock Screen buttons or the Action button.

Yes. Try "Start feeding in Little Log," "Start sleep in Little Log," "Stop sleep in Little Log," "Time a contraction in Little Log" or "Log a diaper in Little Log." These also appear in the Shortcuts app.

Open History and tap the feed, bottle or sleep to change its times, side, amount or contents, or to delete it.

Feeds and sleep never overlap. Starting a feed or logging a bottle during a sleep ends the sleep at that moment, and starting a sleep ends a running breastfeed. Widgets, controls and Siri follow the same rule.

Open History and tap Visit PDF. It includes daily averages for feeds and diapers, sleep totals, your notes and an optional entry-by-entry log. Use the Share button to email, AirDrop or print it.

Logging, the widgets, Siri, the contraction timer and its Live Activity, and the Guide are free. Plus is a one-time purchase of $29.99, with no subscription. It adds a shared log with your partner, the Visit PDF, 30-day charts, and the feeding and sleep timers on the Lock Screen and in Control Center.

In Settings, tap See Little Log Plus, then Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple account you used to buy it.

Yes. If you use Apple Family Sharing with purchase sharing turned on, everyone in your family group gets Plus on their own iPhone. If they don't see it, they can tap Restore purchase.

In Settings, tap Have a code? Redeem it, then enter the code on Apple's Redeem screen. You can also redeem it in the App Store app: tap your account picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code.

A 30-day pass gives you Plus for 30 days from the day you redeem it. When it ends, the Plus features lock again, but nothing you logged is lost, and you can unlock Plus for good at any time.

Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple account, and choose Little Log Plus. If something isn't working, please email us too, so we can try to fix it.

Your log is included in your regular iPhone backup. You can also save your own copy: go to Settings › Your data and tap Save a backup, then choose Save to Files (or AirDrop or email it to yourself). It's one file with your whole log, and it's free.

To bring it back, tap Restore from a backup on the new phone and pick the file. Restoring adds the backup to whatever is already there and never removes anything, and you can tap Undo right after if you change your mind. On a shared log, only the person who started it can restore a backup into it.

Yes. Go to Settings › Your data and tap Export a spreadsheet (CSV). It has one row for each feed, bottle, sleep, diaper, contraction and note, and opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. For a doctor's visit, the Visit PDF is usually easier to read.

Go to Settings › Delete all data. This permanently erases your log from the phone and can't be undone. Deleting the app also removes its data. On a shared log, it asks a partner to leave the log instead, and asks the person who started it whether to stop sharing or delete for everyone.
